These terms describe the Nextarra website, assessment and enquiry service. They are not a service contract or permission to begin work.
The website and assessment
The website presents Nextarra's product engineering services and an assessment experience. The assessment is informational and does not inspect a repository or perform an automated software audit.
Completing the assessment sends no request and starts no engineering work. Prepare an enquiry opens the enquiry form; it does not send a message.
Service descriptions are a starting point
Audit, Rescue, Build and AI Automation describe potential ways to work together. Any engagement needs its own agreed scope, responsibilities, deliverables and commercial terms.
No price, delivery date, production-readiness outcome or engineering result is guaranteed by the website or assessment.
Examples are not customer evidence
Engineering demonstrations marked illustrative explain the method. They are not verified client results, independent certifications or calibrated Production Scores.
Use non-confidential information
Do not enter credentials, private source code or sensitive information. Read the Privacy notice for the assessment's temporary browser-memory behavior.
Contact and enquiries
Nextarra's owner handles enquiries and privacy or deletion requests through info@nextarra.com. The enquiry form is a way to request a conversation, not an automatic booking, acceptance of a project or promise of a response within a particular time.
A valid deliberate submission is sent to info@nextarra.com. The service acceptance response is not a delivery confirmation. The service permits at most 10 website enquiry-send attempts per hour across the website, including uncertain attempts, with no automatic retry.
Separate engagement terms
Any engagement needs separately agreed terms covering its scope, responsibilities, deliverables and commercial arrangements. This website does not set payment, cancellation, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability or dispute terms for that engagement.
