PRIVACY · Website data behavior
A clear view of what happens to your answers.
This notice explains how the Nextarra assessment and deliberately submitted website enquiries work.
The assessment stays in this page
The assessment asks about your situation, a short product or workflow summary, and relevant details such as product stage, blocker and timeline. These answers are held in the assessment page's temporary browser memory.
The assessment itself does not send answers to Nextarra or an external service. The application does not write those answers to cookies, local storage, session storage, a database, analytics or application logs, or put them in the page address or browser history.
Starting over and leaving the assessment
Starting over clears the assessment answers and returns to the first step. Reaching the informational assessment result does not submit an enquiry or reserve a conversation.
Going back from the enquiry step clears its contact fields. Starting over, leaving or reloading clears the local draft. Assessment context is included in an enquiry only when you choose it; hidden or cleared answers are not carried into that context.
The page clears its draft when leaving and when handling browser history restoration. Reloading starts a new draft. This describes the application's behavior, not a guarantee about browser extensions or software on your device.
An enquiry is sent only after deliberate submission
The enquiry form collects a name, reply email address and message, with an optional assessment summary that you choose to include. Submit only general, non-confidential information.
A deliberate submission sends those fields, and only the selected assessment context, to the configured enquiry service for info@nextarra.com. Service acceptance is not a confirmation that the recipient mailbox has received the message. Ordinary assessment navigation and Prepare an enquiry do not send email.
Use a general description
Do not enter passwords, repository credentials, source code, personal records or confidential business information. This assessment is not a secure repository intake channel.
Hosting and enquiry delivery
Firebase Hosting serves the website. Loading pages and assets is separate from submitting an enquiry. The enquiry service sends deliberately submitted messages to info@nextarra.com.
The service does not automatically retry an uncertain attempt. It permits at most 10 website enquiry-send attempts in a one-hour window, including uncertain attempts, across the website.
Retention and technical metadata
The application does not retain the local enquiry draft after it is cleared. A submitted enquiry remains in the Google Workspace mailbox receiving info@nextarra.com; closing the browser does not delete it.
Nextarra's owner manually reviews that mailbox monthly and deletes non-client enquiries with at least 90 days of inactivity. Active-client records and records needed for specific legal obligations are handled separately. This is not automatic deletion exactly on day 90 or a promise of removal from all provider backups.
Technical records are limited to random request IDs, timestamps, statuses and necessary aggregate counters. They do not contain visitor names, email addresses, message bodies or assessment answers. The approved deletion target for those records is 24 hours; the target is not a promise of exact-time deletion or provider-backup erasure.
Responsibility
Nextarra is the public-facing name for this website. Nextarra's owner handles enquiries and privacy or deletion requests through info@nextarra.com.
This notice does not claim certification, regulatory compliance or absolute security. It describes the current website behavior and approved operating rules.
